R8 è stato pensato per ridefinire gli schemi e gli standard della sua classe. Tutti i concetti chiave che hanno decretato il successo del fratello maggiore R9 sono stati ripresi e migliorati ulteriormente, fino ad ottenere un battello che in soli 8 metri offre al proprio armatore un abitabilità, una capacità di stivaggio ed un comfort certamente paragonabili ad un battello di dimensioni ben superiori.
Il modello del battello è stato realizzato interamente con fresatura CNC, consentendo di ottenere una qualità costruttiva e di assemblaggio superiori.
La plancetta poppiera è rivestita in teak (di serie) ed è dotata di una comoda scaletta di risalita con 4 gradini a scomparsa. All’interno del gradino della plancetta sono presenti due gavoni “bagnati” per lo stivaggio di cime ed attrezzature.

The centre console echoes the family's style and can accommodate a toilet compartment with a surprising useful height inside.
The modern, sporty standup has a large storage compartment that can be accessed from the side and is equipped with a steel sink and a built-in folding table; the equipment can be enhanced with a cooker and refrigerator.

Quality details
Attention to detail and obsessive care in optimising space on board make the R8 a jewel of the yard's production.
The retractable awning, when open, provides an enormous shaded area from the stern to the console.
The instrument panel has been designed to combine an attractive design with immediate readability of all parameters.
In the stern part there is a large sundeck below which there are two side lockers with removable tubs and a central locker. By folding down part of the cushions, it is also possible to obtain a small backrest.
